Job Description:

You will serve as an Interdisciplinary Supervisor in the Test and Evaluation Division of the NTWL Test and Evaluation Management for Programs & Operations Department, of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13/14) grade level or pay band (NM-04) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) Planning work and preparing performance plans covering work to be accomplished by subordinates, along with setting and adjusting short-term priorities and preparing schedules for completion of work; (2) Giving advice, counsel, and instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters as well as interviewing candidates for positions within the unit and hearing and resolving complaints from employees; (3) Ensuring sound fiscal management by observing and applying position management and classification principles to help analyze, monitor, and reduce costs; (4) Acting as a project or program manager for major system developments or business initiatives that have the highest significance to the agency's needs; and (5) Supervising personnel and directing the planning of resources to accomplish major blocks of engineering, technical, or business endeavors that involve key portions of industrial resources and long-range commitments of agency dollar allocations. You will plan and manage team assets to include personnel, processes, training, and facilities.
You will provide administrative and technical supervision of subordinate employees in the team.
You will provide test teams with tailorable data management teams based on data requirements.
You will assist with developing data requirements and management plans, including their integration into model-based systems engineering tools and associated contract language.
You will partner with developers to ensure the capability of data environments meet program requirements such as capacity, security classifications, tools, and accessibility.
You will establish and validate data collection, processing, and ingest requirements for storage and access from stakeholders.
You will manage data requests and troubleshoot issues submitted by stakeholders including internal/external government agencies and industry organizations.
You will develop strategies and implement processes for integrating and transforming data to facilitate consistency, accuracy, and usability.
You will design, develop, implement, and report with metrics that capture the tasking of your team and are aligned to meaningful schedule milestones.
You will lead from the front by directly conducting data management tasks in support of program planning, execution, and reporting in addition to team lead/supervisory duties.
