This LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST position, is located in the Operations Compliance Function, Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS), Mission Support Group, at an ANG Aviation Wing and is part of the CA 146 AW.
General Experience: Possess experience, education, or training involving judgment and/or analytical ability in the logistics field; Experience using computer and automation systems. LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, GS-0346-9: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-07 level, in: detailed knowledge of organizations and their functions in logistical support (i.e., supply, maintenance, quality assurance, facilities); Experience planning and organizing work assignments. THIS IS A T32 EXCEPTED SERVICE, INDEFINITE POSITION. Selectee may be non-competitively converted to permanent status if/when funding becomes available or position becomes unencumbered. The primary purpose of the LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, GS-0346-9, is to be the point of contact for the Logistics Readiness Squadron deployment and training activities. Manages customer training and provides the Logistics Readiness Squadron forces with training and resources for deployed operations. May make additional selections within 90 days of eligible(s) issuance.
