Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional engineer, leading engineering efforts to design and integrate navigation subsystems by applying cross-discipline principles to ensure reliable, mission-ready performance. You will serve as the recognized navigation subsystem technical lead and acquisition adviser in support of the D5LE2 program.
You will serve as CLIN Owner/Contracting Officers Representative 9COR) Point of Contact for technical and programmatic monitoring.
You will coordinate studies and analysis to assure that operating doctrine is consistent and compatible with subsystem performance requirements.
You will develop and coordinate the budget package with Branch engineers.
You will support the Budget Executor for the designated D5LE2 421 Budget Package.
You will manage and review Navigation Branch obsolescence for hardware, software and operating systems in support of tactical, trainer, and auxiliary equipment.
