Job Description:
You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Digital Group of Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers, Patuxent River MD.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing some or all of the following duties: 1) Acting as the primary specialist in the development, implementation and execution of LOG IT acquisition requirements; 2) Developing, consolidating and coordinating all actions for short and long-range plans, decision papers, acquisition documents; 3) Analyzing and evaluating costs, schedules and performance reports, technical deliverables and making recommendations for corrective action(s) to ensure projects are successful; 4) Serving as contract officer representative, supporting all items related to contracting, and financial execution of Logistics IT systems/applications; 5) Supporting execution actions associated with PPBE processes. You will develop and coordinate short-term and long-range project plans, decision papers, and acquisition documents.
You will support the development, implementation and execution of acquisition requirements aligned with program goals and objectives. Aid in development and monitoring of program resource allocation plans.
You will support the program manager in gathering, compiling, and submitting Planning, Programing, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) artifacts and Program Objective Memorandum cycle inputs.
You will support the programs with drafting acquisition package documentation in compliance with the procurement team requirements.
You will develop and maintain Acquisition and Life Cycle Management documentation aligned to the DoDI 5000.75 (Business Capability Acquisition Cycle) and DoDI 5000.87 (Operation of the Software Acquisition Pathway).
You will be appointed as a contract officer representative for logistics information technology contracts.
