Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes drafting policies and procedures governing application of antiterrorism programs, implementing risk management strategies and antiterrorism strategic plans; and creating program requirements and training for force protection plans. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Planning and Evaluating Reading Comprehension Strategic Thinking Technical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
Serve as an Antiterrorism Staff Officer for US Army Pacific, G34 Protection Directorate.
Technical authority on antiterrorism and force protection program requirements.
Conduct AT threat, vulnerability, criticality and risk assessments and analysis for inclusion in the US Army Pacific Antiterrorism regulation and strategic plan.
Subject matter expert for policies and procedures governing antiterrorism protection disciplines that include physical, information, operational, personnel and industrial security.
Conduct antiterrorism and force protection surveys, assessments, and assesses force protection policies and systems.
Monitor command protection posture.
