Responsibilities:
As an Application Lead you will be responsible for leading the effort to design build and configure applications acting as the primary point of contact.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
You will be responsible for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
Expert proficiency in Solution Architecture is required
Expert proficiency in Configuration Release Management Design Build Enablement Advanced proficiency in Spring Boot and Java is recommended
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders
Mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for applications and processes
Implement best practices in application design and architecture to optimize performance
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications
