Job Description:
You will serve as a Curriculum Director and Program Administrator for NAVY LEADERSHIP ETHICS CTR.
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Formulating, planning, guiding, and conducting studies and analysis of long-range and short-range education and training strategies along with curriculum development activities for an organization; 2) Leading and performing detailed work required of all phases of the curriculum development process ensuring the result is efficient, effective and relevant; 3) Leads internal evaluations and applies self-assessment principles and procedures to identify organization education and training deficiencies and implementing corrective measures; 4) Leading and mentoring both professional civilian and military personnel in the education services/curriculum development fields for an organization.
