Job Description
As a Program Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. This includes defining project scope and monitoring the execution of deliverables. You will communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Program Project Management is required. Expert proficiency in Scope Management is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Estimation and Planning, Risk Management, and Project Management Body of Knowledge PMBOK is suggested. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative problem-solving and team engagement. Develop and implement strategies to enhance project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Utilize data-driven insights to inform project decisions and optimize resource allocation. Lead regular project reviews to assess progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and professional development.
