To qualify for a Supervisory Program Analyst your resume and supporting documentation must support: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-15 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut- off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Serving in a position with responsibility for Agency strategy policy, programs and projects. Demonstrated experience in strategy development and execution and integrating strategic activities across organizations. Analyzing work section operations and procedures to identify improvements and efficiencies. Developing detailed programming and financial planning justification. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Development of DLA Strategy policies, programs, and projects.
Integrate strategic activities across DLA organizations; supply chain integration, and DLA operations to policy development that include assessments of DoD policy actions.
Represent Executives on committees and boards comprised of DLA, Military Service, supplier, contractor partners, customers and stakeholders.
Serve as a senior liaison delivering status updates and staff briefings to Senior Leaders.
Maintain effective working relationships internal and external to DLA, including but not limited to the Military Services, and DoD Officials, Joint Chiefs of Staff, DLA HQ, OSD principal staff elements, other Federal agencies and departments.
Assist the organization with programming, analysis, and control of funds; evaluates program funding plans and their execution; report special purpose budget data, as requested.
Conduct special studies and projects; and reviews and analysis of workflow and resource usage as required.
