Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 grade level or pay band (GS-11 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: supporting technical and engineering management activities for all phases of the development and deployment life cycle for specified products within the Navy's reentry systems portfolio, to include reentry body engineering and reentry integration onto the Strategic Weapon System. You will formulate and execute requirement definitions, planning, and budgets necessary to support the reentry systems experiments portfolio, including the life cycle integration of developmental bodies and other experiments and configurations.
You will draft and manage the technical and programmatic scope of contractual vehicles in support of the reentry systems experiments portfolio, including work requests, task orders, and Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests (MIPR).
You will closely coordinate with the staff of other sections and units within the Reentry Systems Branch to ensure delivery of excellence across the technical and programmatic spectrum.
You will liaise and support various stakeholders in the formulation and execution of requirements, planning factors, and budgets necessary to support design, development, production, and test and evaluation of the Navy's reentry systems portfolio.
You will direct and participate in reviews of progress and/or issues with Reentry Branch staff members and other stakeholders takes the initiative to independently highlight and resolve issues affecting their equities.
You will support the unit's evaluation and accumulation of knowledge related to reentry systems science and technologies, as well as best practices supporting their development, acquisition, and sustainment throughout the life cycle.
