This position performs common tasks including repair of plumbing fixtures to include toilets, urinals, sinks, hot water tanks, shower valves, p-traps, and flush valves and clearing simple stoppages, replacing leaking valves. You will assist maintenance workers, maintenance mechanics, heavy equipment operators, and various tradespersons in the performance of a variety of multi-trade or craft duties.
You will operate, maintain, and repair buildings, roads, grounds, and equipment.
You will assist with troubleshooting and repairing electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), boiler repair and cleaning, and plumbing system components.
You will perform building maintenance and repair work including carpentry, masonry, glass, and paint.
You will support routine and emergency service work, repair, and minor construction projects.
