Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: working with Nuclear Weapons Security training systems development/sustainment, budget, and contract management. You will develop and present, or provide input to, or participate in briefings of, training related materials.
You will apply knowledge of Nuclear Weapons Security Systems to the development of Nuclear Weapons Security (NWS) Training Systems in support of the Marine Corps Security Force Battalions (MCSFBns).
You will charter and lead the Integrated Nuclear Weapons Security System (INWSS) Training Systems Working Group (ITSWG), a collaborative environment for holistic training systems management across all INWSS stakeholders.
You will develops and maintain INWSS training systems functional requirements.
You will evaluate the effectiveness and suitability of deployed NWS training systems via the establishment, recording, and analysis of metrics.
You will develop Statement of Work (SOW) language in support of assigned efforts.
You will assess changes to program/project execution to determine the need for, and recommended prioritization of, changes to in-execution alignment of resources to minimize negative impacts to training programs.
