Job Description:
You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Plans and Programs Division of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Facilitating the phases and requirements of a DOD acquisition process relating to the development, acquisition, testing or fielding of major defense systems. You will provide contract management, policy expertise and guidance on acquisition management, budget execution, program analysis, and the strategy and planning for assigned program.
You will support acquisition managers in the development and maintenance of the acquisition strategy, the acquisition plan, and required documents in support of acquisition reviews.
You will manage acquisition documents for external commitment, ensuring timely submission of an integrated, quality product that meets DoD requirements.
You will coordinate with the comptroller, in production of the Selected Acquisition Report for the assigned program.
You will coordinate extensively with DoD and Navy stakeholders to gain and maintain alignment on acquisition approach
You will develop congressional and acquisition reporting requirements
