Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing supply administration to include reviewing supply transactions, analyzing discrepancies, and producing required reports for proper accounting. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
You will conduct physical inventories and adjust and/or maintain inventory.
You will determine discrepancies and corrective action needed within specified timeframes that meets the customers needs.
You will maintain an accurate reporting system that displays the financial status associated with all gains, losses, and surveys.
You will assure movements of assets are properly recorded, updated, corrected as well as quantities in each field are correct and coordinated.
You will use a variety of software and instructions to properly inventory, reconcile, and correct transactions.
