Job Description:
Serve as a senior SAP S/4HANA and SAP AFS functional expert, supporting a global retail enterprise across multiple regions.
Lead the design, build, testing, and deployment of RICEFW objects and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business requirements and retail best practices.
Manage and resolve ServiceNow incidents, performing root cause analysis and delivering sustainable solutions with minimal business disruption.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration partners to ensure seamless end-to-end process execution across SD, MM, WM, and FI touchpoints.
Provide expert guidance on retail-specific processes such as seasonal planning, allocation, replenishment, pricing, and promotions within the SAP landscape.
Oversee and maintain solution documentation, configuration standards, and knowledge transfer for ongoing support teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging system capabilities, emerging SAP functionalities, and retail industry trends.
