manufacturing facility on 200 acres in the industrial corridor of Casa Grande,
AZ. We are looking for passionate talent to join our team. This
role will be based at our Casa Grande facility and will work fully onsite.

What We’re Looking For:
As a Quality Technician for Kohler
Co., you will be an ambassador of the Kohler brand and the Vikrell product line. The Quality Technician ensures that Kohler
Vikrell® products are manufactured in accordance with established function,
design, and other quality and technical specifications. In this role you will regularly perform
qualification and functional testing of new Vikrell® products. You will work 8-hour shifts for 5 days and
work will include sitting, standing, bending, twisting, and lifting. You will be an ideal candidate if you are an
experienced Quality Technician and are willing to learn and adapt to new and
changing processes and environments.
Your Job Duties:
Perform selective and assigned inspections and performance tests to determine that established methods and product standards are being metAnalyze and report deviations from established quality standardsAssist in establishing quality control inspection procedures and recommend action in this areaAnalyze Vikrell® performance and determine causes of poor performance, report results to management verbally and in writingRecord test results in the appropriate special project files and worksheets, maintaining project number integrityMaintain test equipment; calibrate gauges and meters as required and documents resultsPerform special assignments as directedParticipate in continuous improvement activities of inspection, audit, and testing processesMaintains workplace in a safe, neat, and orderly manner
