The Supply Chain & Operations Manager – Wellness Products will Lead the end-to-end supply chain for a growing wellness-focused business, covering sourcing, transportation, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution to meet growth, service, and cost goals.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement supply chain strategies in collaboration with leadership. Oversee network optimization (warehousing, transportation, inventory, and suppliers). Partner with New Product Development teams on sourcing strategies and integrating new SKUs. Manage supply/demand planning and warehouse capacity, supporting S&OP functions. Identify and mitigate risks through contingency planning and real-time monitoring. Track KPIs for suppliers, inventory, service, and delivery. Build business cases for new supply chain resources; hire and develop high-performing teams. Work with 3PLs, suppliers, and customers to ensure operational excellence. Understand and influence supply chain cost drivers and forecast impacts.
