Key Responsibilities:
As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
You will drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost while leading delivery.
Additionally, you will measure and communicate progress to leadership within committed time frames and proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possess influencing and advisory skills, engage with multiple teams, and be responsible for team decisions.
You will also provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and address business area challenges.
Advanced proficiency in Business Operation Management is required. Advanced proficiency in Work Management is recommended.
Advanced proficiency in Account Delivery Management, Estimation and Planning is suggested. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
Lead cross-functional teams in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative solutions for project challenges.
