Recruit, hire and manage a team of full stack developers and project personnel across multiple levels to plan, schedule and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on software enhancements, collaborating with scrum teams, and reviewing business requirements to design and develop new features.
Assign tasks, set schedules, and oversee the completion of team responsibilities, assignments, and projects.
Direct and review execution of projects, including overseeing the approval of work products, providing feedback to ensure that quality standards are met.
Re-design and re-engineer complex system integration solutions.
Propose, review and approve modifications to project plans.
Develop or update project plans including information such as objectives, technologies, schedules, funding and staffing in collaboration with senior management.
Interact with client senior management to report project status, including budget, resources and technical issues.
