Job Description:

You will serve as a Project Business Agent in the Business & Strategic Planning Office (C1200) or the Nuclear Business & Strategic Planning Office (C1200N) of PSNS and IMF.
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating production plans, workload requirements, or expenditure reports to ensure compliance or to mitigate problems or trends related to project or fiscal performance. GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: gathering and analyzing data in order to assist with the evaluation of production plans, workload requirements, or expenditure reports to ensure compliance or to identify problems or trends related to project or fiscal performance. You will function as the initial point of contact and liaison for financial management with the Shipyard's customers.
You will analyze Ships Work Line Item Number estimates, predicted end costs, and work completion costs to maintain fiscal control.
You will establish, assess, and adjust the predicted pro-ration percentage for work items shared by multiple customers.
You will develop, conduct, and coordinate financial briefs.
You will function as the Shipyard point of contact with customers for work definition, pricing, and negotiation.
You will accept work for the shipyard, based on shipyard capacity, capability to perform it, and immediate supervisor's guidance.
You will develop, review, and manage the Availability Work Packages.
You will maintain the financial status of the project, ensuring costs don't exceed the customer budget.
You will develop, conduct, and coordinate financial briefs.
