Job Description:
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TECHNICIAN in the CYBERSECURITY & SOFTWARE ENGINEERING DIVISION, DIGITAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS 11/12 grade level equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading the technical execution for the development and testing of software and cybersecurity systems and their integration with ship combat systems to ensure the efficient and effective execution of warfare operational objectives. You will serve as the Branch Manager providing software development life cycle, technical sustainment and maintenance of weapons systems.
You will manage a Weapon/Combat/Missile system, multi-task organization which provides Test and Evaluation, fleet support and in-service engineering for various platforms and firing units.
You will develop, execute, and manage product delivery schedules, monitor technical performance, and analyze new developments for potential application to program requirements.
You will monitor and evaluate performance, establish priorities, assign work, adjust workloads, and advise/counsel subordinate personnel.
You will implement knowledge of cybersecurity, modernization, Test and Evaluation, data and performance analysis, and facilities management.
