1. Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of the position, such as, assisting in setting up and publicizing special events and sport tournaments, assist to deliver posters, flyers, and other promotional materials, and assisting customers. 2. Must be able to obtain a nationally recognized certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED HIGHLY PREFERRED: 1. One year of full-time work experience in the sports and fitness industry. 2. Current nationally recognized certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED. Experience must be reflected on your resume! Applicants meeting minimum qualification requirements and highly preferred criteria will be considered before candidates only meeting minimum qualifications of the position. Supports activities and services of the athletics and intramural sports program. Provides oversight of events and tournaments.
Maintains cleanliness and organization of athletic facilities. Ensures adherence to regulations and safety procedures. Monitors condition of, cleans, and performs minor maintenance on athletics equipment.
Assists in setting up for special events and sports tournaments. Assistants with publicity of events and tournaments and assists with the delivery and placement of posters, flyers, and other promotional material.
Provides outstanding customer service with an emphasis on courtesy. Assists customers and communicates positively in a friendly manner. Takes action to solve problems quickly. Adheres to safety regulations and standards.
Performs other duties as assigned.
