You qualify for the GS-12 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-11 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Being responsible for accurate record keeping procedures for correspondence throughout the life cycle process to include historical data; Answering inquiries dealing with the status of all routine and priority correspondence; Organizing meetings relating to the priority control system to resolve existing problems; and, Assuring responses are prepared in a timely manner Qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. As Correspondence Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Receive correspondence from multiple resources and venues to be used internally and externally for delegation purposes. Log all correspondence in area of responsibility into tracker and assigns to correlating office with specific action and guidance. Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the program on status of correspondence assigned. Monitor all correspondence is directed to the appropriate subordinate office and periodically reports the status to management. Provide recommendations and assistance, as needed, to the leadership and assure that responses are prepared in a timely manner.
