Work experience managing or directing the activities of the type of business (i.e.; restaurant, bowling center, golf course, or other types of business and recreation programs and facilities) to be managed. **Highly preferred candidates will be referred to management first. Highly preferred must possess two out of the three listed below: 1.) Minimum 2 years of work experience managing or directing family entertainment facility, bowling center, restaurant, or food and beverage operation. 2.) Experience with financial analysis, budget development and execution, and food and labor cost management. 3.) Experience with marketing and executing programs and events. *Highly preferred experience must be clearly stated in resume to be qualified as highly preferred.
Manages, plans, organizes, and conducts a large business and recreation program.
Formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a profit generating business and recreation activity.
Coordinates business and recreation programs, activities, and events with community and military representatives. Such activities include, but not limited to, amusement and recreational activities and food and beverage operations.
Conducts management review of patron programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures. Evaluates the success of programs in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction, and mission accomplishment.
Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity.
Reviews financial reports, estimates, projected costs, and develop activity financial plan.
As a second level supervisor, reviews the actions of subordinate supervisors.
