Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Process Architect, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. You will partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Additionally, you will Provide day-to-day AMS support for SAP CAR and its integrations with SAP S/4HANA, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and adherence to SLAs.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across POS inbound/outbound, sales audit, inventory visibility, and promotions processes within CAR.
Manage enhancement requests end-to-end: requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation.
Support and monitor real-time data replication and Idoc/SLT interfaces between SAP CAR and S/4HANA modules (SD, MM, FI, Retail).
Collaborate with business stakeholders, onshore/offshore teams, and integration partners to ensure seamless omni-channel and retail process execution.
Maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and knowledge base articles to support continuous improvement and knowledge transfer.
Ensure all changes comply with clean-core, extensibility, and SAP best practices, minimizing impact on upgrades and future S/4HANA roadmap adoption.
Provide proactive recommendations for performance improvements, data quality, and system stability within SAP CAR and related integrations.
