You will serve as a Team/Project Manager in the Heavyweight & Lightweight Torpedo IMA Division of the Undersea Weapons Department of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA. This position is equivalent to the GS-13/14 level.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the GS-11/12 grade level or NT-4 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: overseeing a weapons production program for an organization. You will direct the work of sections within the IMA to ensure that projects are completed in conformance with program objectives to accomplish sponsor tasking
You will provide recommendations on hiring, promotions, and performance-based rewards.
You will maintain a master schedule for the Intermediate Maintenance Activity (IMA) in alignment with Weapons production.
