Key Responsibilities:
As a Quality Engineering Lead (Automation Test Lead) having hands on experience in Selenium Framework scripting and with exposure of Performance testing, you will be responsible for leading a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. You will apply business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions. Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Developing and maintaining comprehensive testing documentation to ensure clarity and consistency across projects.
