Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing software sales team. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and nurturing leads through outbound and inbound sales efforts.
The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for generating revenue by nurturing relationships with existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and converting leads into customers. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media.
Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain and grow a pipeline of potential customers using AI-enabled CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing, sales engineers, account executives, and sales leaders to optimize lead generation and conversion.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales lead targets.
Provide feedback from prospects to help improve product and messaging.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Assist with RFP preparation and submission to ensure timely and accurate responses.
Travel, as needed.
