Job Description:

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST for AUKUS INTEGRATION AND ACQUISITION.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-03 (GS-13 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing maintenance operations (e.g., technical, equipment, cost, innovation funding) to develop strategies or provide guidance on ship construction or maintenance programs in order to improve organizational effectiveness, efficiency and productivity. You will serve as an expert analyst and senior advisor to management/AUKUS Phase Directors on the evaluation of the effectiveness of AUKUS submarine industrial base matters.
You will manage the dependencies between respective phases and the trilateral SIB team to identify commonalities and detail processes and lessons-learned.
You will plan, develop, manage and successfully execute various projects; including submarine industrial base uplift and supplier qualification programs.
You will develop a wide range of briefings and reports for internal and external senior stakeholders.
You will develop strategies to resolve mission-critical problems for highly complex projects and programs.
You will develop acquisition and security cooperation strategies in order to meet and successfully execute international program requirements.
You will analyze requirements and ensure all programs are properly executed within policy.
You will have demonstrated knowledge in supply chain matters, material procurement, and supplier development activities.
You will have knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) policy and procedure.
