Minimum Qualification Criteria: 1. Work experience managing or directing the activities of the type of business (Bowling Center) to be managed. ***Resume MUST clearly reflect the knowledge and experience listed under the minimum qualifications criteria above. ***Highly Qualified Criteria: 1. Posses three (3) years of experience in bowling center management 2. Posses three (3) years of experience managing food and beverage operations 3. Posses three (3) years of experience in budgeting and CPMC (Capital Purchase Minor Construction) NOTE: Applicants who meet both minimum qualifications and highly qualifying / best qualified criteria will be referred to the selecting official for consideration first. Manages a large, profit-generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base and supervises subordinate supervisors
Represents the activity at various meetings and coordinates with special interest groups, agencies, and military/community representatives
Conducts management reviews to identify program issues, evaluate success metrics (profitability, customer satisfaction, mission accomplishment), and implement corrective measures
Reviews financial reports, estimates projected costs, develops the financial plan, and oversees the procurement of all necessary supplies and equipment
Performs full supervisory duties
