Qualifications: Work experience directly related to the duties to be performed. Demonstrated work experience must be equivalent in complexity and difficulty to the next lower pay level. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, stressful environment. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Possess a certificate for sanitation in food service or have the ability to obtain the certificate within three months of employment. Experience must be reflected on resume to receive credit. Assists the Business Manager (Food Service) in directing the operations and supervision of multiple food service facilities.
Recommends and enforces operating procedures.
Represents the activity to the public.
Completes cash reports and makes daily deposits.
Performs other duties as assigned.
