Job Description:

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY GENERAL SUPPLY SPECIALIST in the Quality Assurance Branch Code 512 of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.
For GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience serving as the supervisor for the Quality Assurance Support Branch operations, responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all supply and inventory management policies and procedures in compliance with existing DoD/Navy directives. Experience executing the review and analysis of management reports and listings as they apply to supply effectiveness and inventory accuracy, identifying problem areas and trends that may indicate developing issues. Experience investigating discrepancies in all aspects of supply to determine root causes and recommending corrective and preventive actions. Experience coordinating and conducting studies and analyses addressing TRIREFFAC-KB material accountability and supply operations effectiveness. Experience providing first-line technical and administrative supervision over eight branch employees. You will serve as the supervisor for the Quality Assurance Support Branch operations
You will plan, organize and control all supply and inventory management policy and procedures in compliance with existing DOD/NAVY directives.
You will direct the preparation and submission of all required reports relating to management of NWCF and SWS.
You will prepare and submits reports of findings, conclusion and recommendations to eliminate or mitigate possible negative impact on customer support.
You will provide first line level technical and administrative supervision over eight Branch employees.
