Job Description:

You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the MAINTENANCE DIV, LOGISTICS DEPT of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12/13 grade level or pay band DS-05 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Reviewing equipment technical performance specifications/requirements, including reliability and maintainability data, and assist with determining detailed requirements for Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements. 2. Developing and Implementing product support and maintenance concepts/requirements for the FA- 18CDEF and EA-18G to achieve program goals and objectives. 3. Identifying, planning and executing logistics efforts to ensure all aspects of the total systems life cycle are in place and program requirements are met. 4. Conducting performance based assessments for the operation and maintenance of appropriate elements of the aircraft engine and modification process. 5. Providing analysis and developing strategy for systems/sub-systems life cycle support for Obsolescence's and Diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages challenges to logistically sustain platform to sundown projections. You will review equipment technical performance specifications/requirements, including reliability and maintainability data, and assist with determining detailed requirements for Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements.
You will defend necessary modifications as previously approved plans to ensure program objectives are met.
You will prepare and/or deliver presentations to customers/stakeholders in order to address support posture and justify logistics requirements/implementations.
You will develop and implement maintenance capability establishment requirement as required support maintenance concepts /requirements to achieve program goals and objectives within budget life cycle.
You will participate in risk management processes and early identification of system integration risks.
You will apply logistics principles and practices to ensure the total integration of product support elements to meet program requirements.
