Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to the client teams
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions
Maintain a high level of client satisfaction
Work closely with other members of the Payments Support team
Attend and provide guidance to the high-touch partners in resolving their API issues.
Manage their queue and provide updates on a timely manner.
