Job Description:

You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Strategic System Analysis & Modernization Division (GXP), Global Deterrence Defense Department (GX) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $137,000).
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assessing, developing, and coordinating strategy system requirements by managing the scope, cost, and schedule of programs to ensure the integration of quality support services for the improved efficiency and execution of mission requirements. You will provide Strategic Systems programs Task Management requirements for the SP23 Fire Control Program.
You will develop and negotiate the yearly NSWC Crane Budget with Program Office and Technical Project Manager, develop and submit Task Statements to NSWC Crane executing organizations, and provide Monthly Task Execution Status.
You will work with key program participants including: prime contractors, NSWC Crane leadership, Navigation and Control Division Branch Managers, Technical Project Managers, and technical, logistics, acquisition, and financial personnel.
