Join the Business & Technology Integration team to collaborate on the Palantir COE for ROCHE, a leading healthcare company specializing in pharmaceuticals and diagnostics. This role focuses on delivering large-scale technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving innovation through advanced data and technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks.
Collaborate with sponsors to manage project scope and risk.
Drive profitability and ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
Support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
Act as a subject matter expert with strong influencing and advisory skills.
Provide solutions to challenges across multiple teams and business areas.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.
Continuously assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
