Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Information Technology Operations team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate on the project with the client.
Responsibilities:
Use strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
Support executives outside of normal business hours or during travel
Utilize your expert Knowledge of Windows and macOS Environments; Strong background with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and mobile device management (MDM)
Enterprise networking, VPNs, and security tools; using video conferencing systems (Teams Rooms (windows/android) Webex, Poly/HP, Crestron, Logitech, etc)
