Job Description:
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the COMPLIANCE AUDIT BRANCH (C510.1), COMPLIANCE AUDIT & STRATEGIC ANALYSIS division (CODE 510), SUPPLY DEPARTMENT of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience using metrics to determine program effectiveness and efficiency. Experience analyzing and evaluating workflow performance data. Experience conducting follow-ups for actionable items identified in assigned programs. Experience ensuring work is being performed in an orderly manner within time and budget constraints. You will serve as a staff analyst, evaluator, and / or advisor to management on the effectiveness and efficiency for material support programs managed by the Supply Department.
You will provide managers with objectively based information for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of the Supply Department operations and management.
You will develop and maintain assorted types of metrics and gather diversified information for data calls both internally and externally.
You will serve as a liaison for material support programs managed by the Supply Department with internal and external customers.
