Job Description:

You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the UNMANNED SYSTEMS INTEGRATION DIVISION for DESIGNATED INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SUPPORT (ILS) AGENT FUNCTIONS for NAVAL UNDERSEA WARFARE CENTER, DIVISION KEYPORT, WASHINGTON (NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA).
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning, coordinating, or evaluating Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements (e.g., supply support for unmanned undersea vehicles such as ORCA XLUUV, including CONUS/OCONUS inventory management, Navy ERP data entry/validation, M-Dash monitoring, audits, quality assurance, FIAR compliance, and long-distance coordination with suppliers and fleet users) for defense systems or equipment to ensure program milestones, budget requirements, infrastructure establishment, shipping/handling coordination, Material Support Date (MSD) sustainment, and operational readiness. You will identify, schedule, monitor, and report to sponsors the status of program Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) milestones and products for equipment acquisitions, modernization, and sustainment of unmanned undersea systems like ORCA XLUUV.
You will prepare, review, comment on, and recommend solutions for issues affecting ILS plans across the full life cycle of assigned unmanned systems, coordinating CONUS/OCONUS elements from deployment through phase-out and deficiency resolution.
You will serve as point-of-contact for reviewing and recommending corrective actions on logistics systems under your cognizance, analyzing funding constraints, audits, quality assurance, and impacts on fleet readiness and supportability.
You will provide continuous monitoring of program reports to assess financial positions, performance trends, potential imbalances in resource utilization, and FIAR compliance for unmanned undersea warfare programs, including Navy ERP data validation.
You will contribute input to ILS budget formulation, including reviews, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submittals, and long-range forecasts to ensure adequate funding for logistics requirements.
You will ensure logistics requirements for naval programs, while establishing infrastructure for CONUS/OCONUS shipping, handling, Interim Supply Support (ISS), and Material Support Date (MSD) sustainment.
