Minimum Qualifications: Progressively work experience which demonstrates the knowledge and skills required to perform the duties of the position. Basic computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Suite or equivalent. Experience in using a point of sales software. Basic arithmetic expertise to balance cash draw, accept payments and provide change accurately. Typing proficiency - 40WPM. Best Qualified: Clerical experience in a Veterinary Clinic or equivalent or working in an outpatient medical facility/operations as clerical-administrative support. Highly Preferred Qualification: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Excellent customer service skills Experience resolving customer complaints In order to be considered for the highly preferred criteria, your resume must show that you meet BOTH the minimum qualifications, and ALL of the high preferred criteria. Serve as the lead point of contact for the day-to-day front office operations of a veterinary clinic. Opens and secures the clinic and pharmaceuticals daily.
Coordinates with clinic management to establish clinic schedule and appointment availability. Loads schedules into AVImark Practice Management System.
Processes and verifies cash flow transactions and deposits and balances daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Prepares and distributes client/patient correspondence and corresponds with civilian and military veterinary clinics regarding confidential client/patient information.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
