You will serve as a COMBINED TRADES SUPV I in Code 350, the Inactive Fleet, Reactor Compartment Disposal and Recycling (IRR) division of the Operations Department, of PSNS and IMF.

You will plan work assignments on an immediate and long-range basis.
You will develop and maintain availability schedules, production schedules, and detailed sequence plans for complex and critical work.
You will assign and explain work requirements to subordinates; setting deadlines, priorities, and sequence for work operations.
You will inspect work while in progress and upon completion.
You will communicate daily or more frequently with project management on all active work statuses and issues.
