You will serve as a RANGE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT in the Navy Region Mid-Atlantic (NRMA) Force Protection Team of NAVAL WEAPONS STATION EARLE SECURITY DETACHMENT.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing support in the areas of safety, security, and training for all small arms, ammunition, and explosives for a training facility; 2) Providing small arms range operation support including scheduling, hazardous waste management and small arms range maintenance/cleaning; 3) Instructing, evaluating and/or facilitating training in the use of small arms, ammunition and explosives; 4) Storing, transporting, inspecting and/or maintaining arms, ammunition and explosives in accordance with established procedures and regulations.
