Job Description:

You will serve as a LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate of Training Command of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning, organizing, and managing work relating to legal administrative matters; serving as a liaison for legal matters; and conducting detailed reviews and preparing administrative separations for final action in accordance with policies and procedures. You will provide recommendations to subordinate commanders regarding all potential bases for administrative separation.
You will manage the submission of administrative separations using various technological means.
You will ensure investigations are properly filed and maintained in accordance with applicable regulations.
You will perform legal research in the areas of military justice, administrative law, administrative separations, preliminary inquiries, command investigations, and reports of investigation.
You will ensure accountability and historical records of all disciplinary and administrative actions as required by law and regulation.
You will supervise and assist in the training of enlisted Legal Clerks as directed by the Legal Administrative Officer.
