Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1) Conducting Fire Inspections, identifying potential fire, and safety hazards; 2) Inspecting, testing, identifying, and correcting fire protection system deficiencies; 3) Reviewing new construction plans and recommending fire protection requirements; and 4) Scheduling and providing fire safety training. (NOTE: Your answer must be supported by information in your resume.) You will control and extinguish a fire during firefighting operations.
You will prepare inspection reports to document findings of fire safety deficiencies.
