Job Summary: The position will report to Head of Corporate Workplace Solutions and will be integrated and work alongside of the Security team.  The candidate will be responsible for the administration, operation, and maintenance of all networked technical security programs, systems, and services within the Corporate Security portfolio.  This role will be accountable for the technical requirements of the Bank’s physical security systems including electronic access control, biometrics, video management, active shooter, alarm system, as well as all current and future security technology.  The incumbent will be required to keep abreast of all newly evolving technological trends and use the knowledge to maintain and upgrade the Bank’s networked security systems.   The candidate will leverage and develop vendor relationships of networked security systems to provide best in class regulatory compliance results.  Collaborate with Security Managers, lines of business and information security stakeholders and leadership to guarantee compliance with the internal bank network project on-boarding and retention processes relative to technical security systems. Perform regularly scheduled health-check reviews of security systems, servers, and peripheral equipment. Manage and/or participate in the remediation of any discovered issues. Participate in regulatory agency / internal audit inspections, project remediation, and maintain working knowledge of all compliance requirements. Interacts with senior leadership as needed on the most complex technical security systems tied to transaction and process integrity.  Accountable for the completion of assigned processes or programs, with limited support from manager. Collaborate with Technical Security Systems Manager (TSSM) integrating new security equipment into production environment. Coordinate with TSSM in determining optimal programming standards to ensure retention schedules are met and systems are operating efficiently and effectively. Assist service technicians during routine service calls and ensure preventative maintenance inspections of security systems and equipment are performed per contractual schedule.   Manage security suppliers and execute the Bank’s third-party provider program to ensure the delivery of quality services and technology as established within service agreements and SLAs. Receives annual goals or work objectives; and has the latitude to make decisions needed to establish the plans and activities needed to achieve them. Acts independently with infrequent supervision and escalates as necessary. Collaborate with Enterprise Information Security (EIS) and Operations & Technology for the Americas (OTA) to bridge physical security gaps relying upon a strong background in applicable disciplines. Control operating expenses and improve security operational processes through efficiencies and the deployment of technologies. Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple business lines to provide advice regarding solutions needed to mitigate security risks   Accountable for complex processes or programs that are commonly found in corporate security functions. Influences timelines, expectations, and proactively negotiates within department to achieve outcomes. Provides recommendations on reporting, e.g. budget, risk, regulatory compliance. Acts as a subject matter expert and internal consultant on all access control, video and corporate security systems. Routinely uses significant judgement on moderate to complex business problems. May engage manager on most complex issues or concerns. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. 6 to 8 years of experience in implementing, managing, and maintaining security technology systems.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues. Knowledge of financial industry security regulations and compliance standards. Thorough knowledge of technical security technology systems and project management, including budget preparation and oversight. Displays and promotes high standards of ethical conduct and behaviors consistent with Bank standards. Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation skills. Advanced proficiency in AMAG or other like-kind electronic access control systems, Verint video system or equivalent video management platform and DMP alarm technology.  Additional computer knowledge and experience in computing applications, i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets, PowerPoint. Advanced understanding of security technology systems Articulable understanding of financial industry’s unique regulatory environment The typical base pay range for this role is between $115K - $168K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
