Job Description:

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST for the OPNAV TOTAL FORCE MANPOWER AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS BRANCH (N13M5)
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Coordinates the development of manpower and training modernization requirements associated with the organizational mission, functions, and tasks; 2) Utilizes Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPB&E) processes and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) to ensure proper allocation of resources; 3) Develops and Leads project teams utilizing knowledge of manpower and training requirements processes, modernization, artificial intelligence, and standards in accomplishing/producing projects and studies; and 4) Prepares and delivers executive level briefings, reports, correspondence and materials to enable leadership to make data informed decisions. You will validate Navy manpower, training modernization requirements supporting Navy Future Year Defense Program compliant with Department of War and Department of Navy guidance for long-term planning for programs.
You will develop methods to solve process problems to improve productivity within an organization.
You will validate manpower and training requirements and translate them into demand signals and funding levels.
You will Lead, assign, and track timely responses to SIPRNET/NIPRNET OPNAV taskers through online tracking system.
