You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST for the OPNAV TOTAL FORCE MANPOWER AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS BRANCH (N13M5)
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Coordinates the development of manpower and training modernization requirements associated with the organizational mission, functions, and tasks; 2) Utilizes Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPB&E) processes and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) to ensure proper allocation of resources; 3) Develops and Leads project teams utilizing knowledge of manpower and training requirements processes, modernization, artificial intelligence, and standards in accomplishing/producing projects and studies; and 4) Prepares and delivers executive level briefings, reports, correspondence and materials to enable leadership to make data informed decisions. You will Lead, assign, and track timely responses to SIPRNET/NIPRNET OPNAV taskers through online tracking system.
