Job Description:
You will serve as a EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT TRAINING & EXERCISE SPECIALIST in the CURRENT FUTURE PLANS DIVISION, MISSION ASSURANCE BRANCH of MCAS BEAUFORT SC.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing guidance and expertise on emergency management exercise plans and drills; providing planning, coordination and execution of all-hazards training and exercises as well as training needs analysis. You will support and assist the Installation Emergency Manager and Mission Assurance Program Manager by providing planning, coordination, and execution of all-hazards training and exercises with installation staff and tenants activities.
You will conduct in-depth research on specific threats / hazards, exercises operations lessons learned, and newly developed tactics, techniques, and procedures.
You will ensure exercise planning team members are briefed and clearly understand all elements of the exercise to be conducted.
You will ensure that training and exercises are developed utilizing established all-hazard risks of the installation.
You will perform training needs analysis, recommends new training for development.
