You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SECURITY SPECIALIST in the NAVY REGION SOUTHEAST (CNRSE) N3 OPERATIONS of NAS KEY WEST SEC DET.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Experience with planning, establishing, monitoring, maintaining, and managing a comprehensive force protection program and the security operations for the installation security department; 2) Collaborating with security staff personnel for issues to include manning, training, equipment, operations, and pay/personnel; 3) Working with HRO representatives on personnel actions and issues not resolved at lower levels or those requiring higher level decisions.
