Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band DP-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Integrating cybersecurity and systems engineering to include systems engineering and cybersecurity processes; leading engineering analysis, review and validate object quality evidence, and/or support cybersecurity risk assessments and authorizations. You will execute Navy cyber defense architectures, processes, standards, and specifications across the PEO and Program Offices.
You will be responsible for the codification and certification requirements of cyber positions and workforce supporting PEO C4I (to include contractor support) and oversight of cyber mandatory continuous training.
You will be knowledgeable of DoD, Navy, and NAVWAR architectures, policies, and standards for assuring information and managing risks and coordinate the implementation of these for Navy platforms ashore, afloat, and aloft.
You will participate in cross-SYSCOM IPTs that address mutual concerns of IA, cyber security and Cybersecurity Technical Authority, and will liaison with cyber stakeholders (e.g., Commander Fleet Forces Command (FFC).
You will work across NAVWAR 5.0, the PEOs, and numerous external organizations, the incumbent will be required to regularly develop and present briefs to senior Navy personnel on the implementation and execution of cybersecurity initiatives.
