This position is located at Fort Lee, VA - Marketing. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

OR Completion of the requirements for a master's or equivalent graduate degree in marketing, advertising or closely related field. Specialized education developing market research programs, data analysis, business practices and economic principals. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Masters Graduate Degree in Marketing or Related Field. MWR Marketing Experience.
Recommends priorities, develops plans and directs the execution of market research, analysis and assessment.
Formulates and implements marketing policy and procedure for MWR programs. Evaluates effectiveness through attainment of goals and analysis of business trends and market share.
Develops long and short-range marketing operation plans. Develops sales, promotional and merchandising strategies, brochures and pamphlets. Identifies and analyzes customer needs and satisfaction.
Assists program managers develop internal customer service training programs. Directs subordinate staff in assisting managers market and promote their programs.
This includes advertising, event marketing, sales campaigns, sales promotions, radio and television production graphic art design, and development of MWR publications.
